Codi Shewan, C.F.S.P., C.C.P.
Founder and President
Prior to EverLearn Associates, Codi was the National Manager of Training and Development for Arbor Memorial Services Inc. While with Arbor, he held various positions within the organization including; Chair, National Management Training; Managing Director; and Director. During his 14-year tenure with them, he held progressive positions and assumed Leadership roles in the last 5 years, respectively.
Codi is also a Professor at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, where he instructs the business curriculum in the Funeral Service Education Program.
Active in the funeral service community, he is the President of the College Boreal Funeral Service Advisory Board, and a Member-at-large of the Funeral Service Association of Canada’s Educational Committee.
In 2011, Codi was successful in obtaining the C.F.S.P designation, recognizing him as a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner, after having completed over 180 hours of continuing education, over four professional categories: Academic, Professional Activities, Career Review and Public Education & Service. In 2010, he also completed and obtained the C.C.P. designation for professional coaching as a Certified Coach Practitioner.
Codi is a proud Alumni of the Funeral Service Education program at Humber College and is a member in good standing as a licensee of the Ontario Board of Funeral Services.
Amanda McCue, C.H.R.P.
Limited Brands Inc.
Amanda McCue is a Human Resources Manager with Limited Brands Inc., supporting front-line sales operations and field leadership. Limited Brands Inc. (Canada) is comprised of Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and La Senza divisions. Having been with the Company for over 10 years, she currently leads all major HR project work for Canada.
Prior to her current role, Amanda held various positions within the retail industry, focused on organizational development, employee relations and talent strategy.
As a member of the Retail Council of Canada, she sits on the Human Resources Committee advisory board to share best practices and discuss industry–leading trends. She is also an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (Peel Chapter) and holds the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
Isaac Allen, B.A., C.L.U.
Isaac is a serial entrepreneur and has found success in multiple fields. He has successfully founded of an environmentally conscious commercial cleaning company, co-founded a software company and started a nutritional supplement distributorship. He currently operates a high-end boutique financial services firm along with a private equity fund. Isaac has a steadfast approach to building lasting relationships and forming business opportunities through connecting industry experts.
Isaac is currently active on the Board of Directors for United Way Ottawa - Social Reconnect Revenue Generation Committee.
He is an Alumni of the University of Guelph and former varsity football athlete.
Tyler Berardinucci, C.P.A., C.A.
Chris Finlay, CA – Professional Corporation
Tyler Berardinucci, CPA, CA is a Manager at the Chris Finlay, CA-Professional Corporation.
Prior to his current position, Tyler held similar positions with Deloitte, KPMG (formerly Cox, Merritt & Co.) and Connelly & Koshy, CA, Professional Corporation. He has held progressive positions over the last 6 years and has recently assumed a more senior role.
In 2012, Tyler was successful in obtaining the CPA, CA designation, recognizing him as a Canadian Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
Tyler holds a Bachelors Degree of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal and is a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Brooks Beaudoin, M.B.A.
Brooks Beaudoin is the Manager of Global Transfer Pricing for a publicly traded multinational technology company headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario.
Brooks is an experienced professional, and prior to his present position he was an International Tax Manager in the downtown Toronto office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he provided tax consulting services to multinational corporate clients in industries such as petrochemical manufacturing, consumer products, social media, and transportation and logistics.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Studies from the John D. Odegard Center for Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota, and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
